1 large serving spoon & 1 small eating spoon.
In the education moment you will be presenting the value in being the serving spoon and how it will foster more growth in eating spoon naturally.
Role of the serving person is to help other members/people in the growth of their business and personal life through serving their needs.
Here are a few examples of the serving spoon mentality:
- Providing your fellow member with a good strong lead, even better a personal introduction to the potential lead.
- Inviting new prospects to the chapter meeting. This can create a whole new dynamic to the chapter and create relationships and leads you never thought of.
- Serving in a leadership capacity.
Ask the members if they have other examples of what would fall under the serving spoon title.
Ask the members (to answer to themselves) if they have been using the eating spoon more than the serving spoon.
The more we give to others, the more we will get back in return.
